What Puppyeyz Does

Puppyeyz helps you turn a spoken or written description of your dog into a structured, shareable card, using AI to organise what you tell it. It's a communication tool, not a medical, veterinary, or professional record-keeping service.

AI-Generated Content

The information in your dog's card is structured by AI based on what you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every field before sharing it — AI can make mistakes, and we don't independently verify anything you or it enters. Never rely on Puppyeyz as a substitute for speaking directly with a vet, especially for anything urgent or medical.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a legal agreement in your country to create an account.

Sharing Feature

• Sharing a card is entirely your choice, and you control what's included.
• A shared link can be opened by anyone who has it, without an account — treat it like you would any other sensitive link.
• We aren't responsible for what a recipient does with information you've chosen to share.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Puppyeyz to store or share anything illegal, to impersonate someone else, or to misuse the service (e.g. attempting to access another user's account or data).

Third-Party Services

Puppyeyz relies on third-party providers (including Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend) to operate. We aren't liable for outages or issues caused by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep the service running.

No Warranty, Limitation of Liability

Puppyeyz is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the service, including inaccurate information in a card, missed care instructions, or reliance on AI-structured content. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be excluded (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms, suspend, or end the service at any time. We'll try to give notice of material changes where practical. You can stop using Puppyeyz and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
